Parenting education and developmental screening for families with children under age three

If you are a parent of a child age 3 or under, you and your family may be able to receive regular home visits. These visits will look for the healthy growth of your child and will include screenings, parenting and health care information and early learning activities. They will also connect you to services in the community.
If you are concerned about how your child is growing, you are not alone. A service coordinator will visit your home and will create a family plan with you that will look at all areas of your child’s growth. If there are concerns about your child’s growth, your family will be connected to the help and care you need.
